One of the largest energy groups in the world, it trusted AdeA to renew its document management model in Spain, focused on the processing of general correspondence, administrative notifications and other key operational documents. The management of mailroom and official notifications from Public Administrations is a critical process in the daily operations of an energy company, with high volumes, legal sensitivity and multiple internal recipients, which involves great complexity due to short margins in response times.

The previous system had limitations to absorb these flows efficiently, made traceability difficult and required intensive manual intervention to classify, extract data and distribute documentation.

What did we do

AdeA provides the service comprehensively: we provide the technology, digitization, automation and archiving platforms, as well as the specialized BPO team that classifies, extracts metadata and routes documents and notifications to responsible areas. Automation, BPM and artificial intelligence tools have been integrated to facilitate intelligent classification, reduce manual processing and improve internal response times.

The entire service has been deployed, ensuring operational continuity and adapting to existing technical conditions without penalizing the quality of the service.
