A major hotel chain, with a national presence, sought to digitally transform the management of its legal files. The objective was to eliminate the use of paper and facilitate secure and agile access as well as the processing of documentation by the legal team through a document manager in the cloud that improves their productivity.

Legal counsel in this case faced a large volume of historical physical files without good prior management, making it difficult to locate and recover documents, and there was a risk of loss or deterioration of sensitive information

At the same time, there was an increasing need for remote and secure access by different users, following strict regulatory compliance in data protection and conservation of legal documentation.

What did we do

We selected a cloud solution compatible with legal and security requirements, configuring workflows for the incorporation of new digital and physical documents, user permissions and access, integration with corporate tools and auditing mechanisms.

 

We scan all the physical files in the historical archive, applying indexing criteria to facilitate their search. All this in parallel with the training and training of the legal team to ensure adaptation to the new technology.
