AI in the Judicialization process of unpaid portfolios

A leading company in the recovery sector needed to speed up the process of prosecuting unpaid debt, improving the documentary and legal treatment of large volumes of files. The flow, manual and fragmented, made standardization difficult and compromised data quality. At Adea, we redesigned the entire process, integrating automation, artificial intelligence and human validation in a 100% end-to-end approach.
The challenge

Improve operational efficiency and increase judicial success rate

With the entry into force of new regulations and a growing demand for traceability, the company has a heavy manual workload facing unstructured and low-quality files. The dispersion of formats (paper, digital, audio) increased rejections, raised costs and slowed down resolutions.

The big challenge lies in ensuring accuracy, agility and traceability right from the start.

What did we do

Intelligent automation + human intervention

We deploy a comprehensive digital model that ranges from the preparation, classification, digitization and extraction of up to 75 key fields with AI from files, to the identification and amendment of critical errors.

We categorize the documentation, generate a system of alerts and warnings for anomalies, all together with the creation of a model for predicting success.

And including the human factor in the process has allowed us to guarantee 99.9% data quality.

The result

More speed, less cost, greater judicial effectiveness

The new document flow has reduced manual work, eliminated errors and accelerated processing times. Legal teams now operate with complete and validated records, which has significantly improved the success rate and reduced refusals. Thanks to total traceability and applied AI, managers have absolute control of the process, optimizing internal and external collaboration.
