Personal data to which ADEA has access as a result of the filing of a complaint will be protected and kept in such a way that no one has access to it.
The information or complaint will be kept and recorded in the corresponding complaints book on a confidential basis, and all documentation arising from the initiation of the sanctioning process will be recorded therein.The data obtained will be kept only for as long as strictly necessary, and will be deleted once the statute of limitations period has elapsed, which may never exceed ten years.
As long as the custody of the aforementioned documents is maintained, they will be limited in accordance with the terms set out in the Data Protection Act.
