The Adea email service is provided by Microsoft, with whom Adea has signed a contract in accordance with the RGPD (EU) 2016/679 and Law 3/2018. The storage time of the personal data collected will be the minimum necessary to fulfill the established processing purpose. After this period has elapsed, your personal data will be destroyed. That the interested party may file a complaint with the corresponding Data Protection Agency if they consider that their data has not been processed in accordance with the regulations for the protection of personal data.

Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not doing so
